Abstract

The aim of this paper is to identify a matrix framework of students' value co-creation in higher education through the development of an innovative model that is able to understand the role of technology in facilitating students' co-creation behaviour. This study presents a systematic literature review methodology in order to analyse the phenomenon of co-creation in higher education institutions.
