Abstract
ABSTRACT The article considers the innovative potential of Kemerovo Oblast: human and personnel capital, as well as economic, technical, technological, and information potential. A method is proposed for calculating an aggregate index based on these components, which is used to assess the innovative potential of the regions of the Siberian Federal District. The article shows how these indicators can be used in the innovation policy of the regions.
