La producción audiovisual como resistencia: el caso de Muchachos a lo bien y Rostros y rastros

Abstract

This article aims to study the television series Muchachos al lo bien and Rostros y rastros, and their importance as an audiovisual archive and as memory documents of the city. It is based on the need to recognize the importance of video documentary production and its contribution to the construction of social representations about the life and inhabitants of Medellin and Cali in times marked by violence. Additionally, it seeks to contribute to the evaluation of the video as a significant documentary collection, which has social, communicative and aesthetic contributions, and to highlight the contribution of filmmakers who participated in the series and their training in audiovisual production.
