La metodologia utilizada es de tipo investigacion – accion, con una dimension organizativa constructivista, ya que permitio indagar de manera introspectiva colectiva el hecho cientifico con el fin de mejorar la realidad educativa de las Instituciones. Se aplico el modelo de Gertrudix Barrio, (2017) y (Carr, 1986 - 1987). Los resultados muestran la importancia de promover nuevas practicas educativas a traves del uso de las TIC, con el objeto de crear una red de intercambio de experiencias para mejorar la docencia e investigacion en beneficio social. EnglishThe objective of this article is to determine the importance of MOOC environments in university environments, through the analysis of indicators concerning the use of the Internet and its benefits for academic purposes, the identification of open access platforms types and the design of a Platform model according to curricular lines and training needs of the environment. The methodology used is of research - action type, with a constructivist organizational dimension since it allowed to investigate in a collective introspective way the scientific fact in order to improve the educational reality of the Institutions. The model of Gertrudix Barrio, (2017) and (Carr, 1986 - 1987) was written.
