We relax the degenerated convex at infinity conditions of Erdogdu and Hosseinzadeh (2020) and prove convergence guarantees under Poincaré inequality or non-strongly convex outside the ball. . Discretization of continuous-time diffusion processes is a widely recognized method for sampling.
