The method used started with a preliminary information search in order to build a theoretical model and continued with the formulating of a tool to collect the data. This tool was validated and applied in the field. Based on data obtained, a model is designed and approached using the technique of structural equations (SEM), which shows the relationships and correlations between the variables that have been analysed. Abstract
