Association between quality of work life and stress among nurses in a tertiary care hospital in Saudi Arabia

The t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression were conducted to analyze the data. Results: Most participants (65.1%) had high QWL and one-third (33%) had severe stress. Factors that independently predicted QWL were monthly income (P = 0.007), number of working hours per week (P = 0.041), and stress level (P = 0.001). Conclusion: Most participants had high QWL. Abstract
