In order to write this review a comprehensive literature electronic search for journal articles and guidelines regarding multiple sclerosis during pregnancy was undertaken. Results and conclusion. Multiple sclerosis management in pregnancy is a challenging issue. The use of disease-modifying drugs has improved both the course of the disease and the attitude towards pregnancy in patients living with multiple sclerosis.
