If stress increases to a very high level, it may derail a person’s normal course of action. So, keeping this destructive nature of stress the present study intends to identify and analyze the components contributing to the increased stress level amongst UG & PG students. The study used primary data to summarize its findings & identify various components such as psychological, behavioral & environmental factors. The findings of the study will be the torchbearer for academicians, psychologists and future researchers who can derive important conclusion from the findings. Abstract

Abstract Stress is a persisting problem visualized in the youths of present generation. This syndrome which looks very simple but if not treated in the right time, its outcome is devastating in most cases. It has the power to generate and degenerate or demotivate a human mind. If stress increases to a very high level, it may derail a person’s normal course of action.
