Janusz Dunin’s study The Development of the Editorial Features of the Polish Literary Book in the 19th and 20th Centuriesis a record of its author's book theory. Dunin treated the book holistically as a material form of text in which all the elements are important: from the cover, through the text to the interior decorations.
