A new distance between two IVPFNs is proposed. The weights of the evaluation criteria were determined by the interval-valued Pythagorean FAHP method by the homebuyers, and house selections were evaluated by interval-valued Pythagorean FTOPSIS method taking into account the new distance. Finally, a case study was executed to verify the feasibility of the proposed approach.
