从工作组到常务委员会:学术出版协会多样性、公平、包容和无障碍工作的历史
学术出版协会(SSP)的多样性、公平、包容和可及性(DEIA)委员会于2016年作为一个基层倡议开始。在四年的时间里,该委员会从一个六人工作组发展成为一个由超过25人组成的大型常设小组。工作组制定了由三个主要目标组成的战略计划,这些目标构成了集团战略举措的基础。委员会实施了几项DEIA倡议,向SSP成员在其工作场所提供关于DEIA的教育和资源,并在SSP委员会代表该组织所做的工作中促进DEIA实践。
