We are currently living in an era of a new industrial revolution, and its impact can be felt across all levels of corporate operations. In a world where an intelligent virtual assistant can generate a fully personalized cover letter within seconds, it has become crucial for companies to explore ways to enhance the technological support of their recruitment and selection processes in order to remain competitive.
