The combination of lifestyle modifications and 2000 IU vitamin D supplementation improved neuropathy eight weeks of therapy symptoms. The literature search found a valid article that supports the use of combined exercise and vitamin D supplementation. Abstract
The common chronic complication from diabetes mellitus (DM) is painful diabetic neuropathy. The available symptomatic treatment with standard therapy is not sufficient for pain reduction.
