Abstract

Anti-discrimination is known as equal opportunity and treatment which is the right of every citizen in each aspects of life. The principles of anti-discrimination must be included in every product of legislation, including the employment regulation for persons with disabilities in Indonesia. Anti-discrimination in employment regulation for persons with disabilities have been included in the Indonesian constitution.
