Abstract
I am pleased to present the Summer 2019 issue of the Journal of School Administration Research and Development (JSARD), our fourth volume. JSARD publishes scholarly research articles, essays and best practices articles, and commentaries on educational leadership for an audience of K-12 educators, university researchers, and policymakers from around the world.
