The most influential factor for ODT was found to be transdisciplinary ontology talent (TOT), followed by mental model talent (MMT), enterprise architecture talent (EAT), and strategic agile talent (SAT). The findings demystified the four factors, entitled \"STEM talent,\" in a comprehensive framework and its artifacts while explaining their respective influences.
