毕节霜和乙醇提取物毕节叶(番石榴)身体磨砂膏的配方及抗氧化活性试验
番石榴叶(Psidium guajava L.)的乙醇提取物含有黄酮类化合物和单宁,它们是潜在的抗氧化剂,可以抑制自由基的活性。以番石榴叶乙醇提取物为原料制备身体磨砂膏,并测定其抗氧化活性。本研究采用70%番石榴叶(Psidium guajava L.)乙醇提取物的三种浓度变化,即1.5%、2%和2.5%。身体磨砂膏是用番石榴籽作为磨砂膏配制成O/W型面霜。采用DPPH法对制剂进行感官检查、均匀性、pH值、膏体类型、稳定性、粒度分布、分散试验和抗氧化活性试验。评价结果表明,乳膏制剂的物理性能较好,满足乳膏制剂的要求。抗氧化活性试验结果表明,各配方的IC50值分别为F0(不含提取物)379、58µg/mL, F1(1.5%) 150、78µg/mL, F2(2%) 137、26µg/mL, F3(2.5%) 125、84µg/mL。由此可见,70%番石榴叶乙醇提取物的身体磨砂膏具有开发抑制自由基的潜力。
