Abstract
Perform serviceability requirements in reinforced concrete sections according to codes and standards need the knowledge of strain and stress in steel bars within the section. For general axial and biaxial bending, obtaining the response equilibrium plane of the transversal section is a problem that has to be solved by means of a numerical method.
