The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness therapy on positive emotion regulation strategies and executive function. Methods: This study was a quasi-experimental study with preand post-test with control and post-test groups. The study population consisted of soldiers in Imam Reza (AS) Northeast Air Defense Center in Mashhad. Forty soldiers were selected by convenience sampling and were assigned randomly into two groups. The tools used in this study were the Emotional Adjustment Strategies Questionnaire and the Tower of London Questionnaire.
