The overall objective is to build the concept of technological thinking and its characteristics in terms of attributes. The concept of Technological Thought operationalizes to design a survey instrument to assess the extent to which an academic community of teachers, students and engineers have the mental representation, and in some way contribute to the recruitment companies in technology projects. With this objective, the aim is to bridge the conceptual gap that exists in the speech of the Ministry of Education refers to education in technology and the theoretical that is global, which brings about some vague concept approximations. Furthermore it should be noted that the breadth of study is micro-sociological perspective. Abstract
