The study population was represented by the managers of senior management in companies working in the Jordanian pharmaceutical industry counted (21) companies. A proportional stratified sample was drawn for the purposes of representing the study population. The study sample was (178) and the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach. To achieve its objectives, a questionnaire was used to collect data. The study used statistical program (SPSS) to analyze the data. The results showed that there is an impact from human resource staffing on the competitive advantage in Jordanian pharmaceutical companies.
