Abstract
While studying the angiosperm family Rubiaceae for the flora of West Bengal and adjoining areas in India (Dooars and Darjeeling–Sikkim Himalayas), we came across ambiguities in typifications of several names in Indian Ophiorrhiza. Herein 14 of those names are validated and/or lectotypified.
