Relative metabolite levels between three types of were compared under exercise stimuli and by breeds. Results : A total 26, 39, and 36 metabolites were identified in each of plasma, sweat, and urine samples, respectively, of both thoroughbred and Jeju pony. A total 3, 12, 15 metabolites were exclusively detected in plasma, sweat, and urine samples, respectively, and 15 metabolites were detected in all samples at the same time. In addition, total 8 and 5 metabolites were detected after exercise in plasma and urine samples.
