The purpose of the work is to assess the possibilities of the ideology of social entrepreneurship as a methodological basis for the study of legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in the field of funeral services. Methods: empirical methods of comparison, interpretation, generalization; theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic.
