Geoprocessamento Aplicado à Análise das Vitimizações de Integrantes da Polícia Militar do Estado do Pará (2018-2022)

Abstract

O tema da violência e criminalidade nas grandes metrópoles é amplo, e nos permite uma espaçosa abordagem com diferentes tecnologias, a exemplo dos Sistemas de Informações Geográficas (SIG). Neste contexto, tem destaque os dados dos Boletins de Atendimentos da Polícia Militara (BAPM), em especial das ocorrências de Crimes Violentos Letais Intencionais (CVLI) em desfavor de policiais. Certamente, a percepção de risco e vitimização de integrantes da Polícia Militar (PM) é um tema que vem ganhando interesse cada vez maior por parte de uma variada gama de pesquisadores da área de segurança. Objetiva-se a montagem de um sistema de apoio por geoprocessamento para a análise dos CVLI da PMPA, e a produção de geoinformações para o apoio à decisão na proteção dos agentes de segurança pública. Para a análise foi utilizado o SIG, Geoprocessamento e Google Earth, baseado no mapeamento temático, para oferecer um ganho no estudo de vitimização de policiais, considerando sua distribuição na área em estudo. Através das análises e mapas temáticos os gestores de segurança podem começar a traçar estratégias de modo a conseguir maior eficiência no processo de investigação, além de permitir uma melhoria na efetividade operacional no campo da segurança, a fim de apoiar o setor operacional preventivo, que vai desde a distribuições de patrulhamentos, operações especiais com unidades táticas, até a prevenção criminal contra policiais militares, dentre outros.Palavras chaves: Geoinformação, Geointeligência, Segurança, Defesa, Governança Geoprocessing Applied to the Analysis of Victimizations of Members of the Military Police of the State of Pará (2018-2022) ABSTRACTThe topic of violence and criminality in large cities is broad, and allows us to have a spacious approach with different technologies, such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS). In this context, the data from the Military Police Service Bulletins are highlighted, especially the occurrences of Intentional Lethal Violent Crimes (ILVC) to the detriment of police officers. Certainly, the perception of risk and victimization of members of the Military Police (MP) is a topic that has been gaining increasing interest on the part of a wide range of researchers in the security area. The objective is to set up a support system by geoprocessing for the analysis of the ILCV, and the production of geoinformation for decision support in the protection of public security agents. For the analysis, GIS, Geoprocessing and Google Earth were used, based on thematic mapping, to offer a gain in the study of police victimization, considering their distribution in the area under study. Through analyzes and thematic maps, security managers can begin to outline strategies in order to achieve greater efficiency in the investigation process, in addition to allowing an improvement in operational effectiveness in the field of security, in order to support the preventive operational sector, which will from patrol distributions, special operations with tactical units, to criminal prevention against military police, among others.Keywords: Geoinformation, Geointelligence, Security, Defense, Governance.
