In addition, various statistical techniques such as Structural Equation Modeling, One-Way Anova, Independent Sample t-Test and Correlation Analysis were used to test the research hypotheses. Abstract

he main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of toxic leadership behaviors exhibited by administrators in higher education institutions on the organizational commitment levels of academic staff. 本研究的主要目的是探讨高等教育机构管理者所表现出的有毒领导行为对学术人员组织承诺水平的影响。采用问卷调查的方法,对1008名国立和基础大学的教学人员进行调查。采用SPSS 24和AMOS 24软件包程序对数据进行分析。采用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析和信度分析对研究使用的量表进行信度和效度检验,确定量表可靠有效。此外,采用结构方程模型、单因素方差分析、独立样本t检验和相关分析等统计技术对研究假设进行检验。研究结果表明;高等教育机构管理者的消极心态、不欣赏、自私和自私自利对学术人员的情感、持续和规范承诺水平产生负向影响,基校学术人员比国立大学学术人员更容易受到有毒领导行为的影响。
