Abstract

Summary: A new species of Bulbine, B. audreyae N.R.Crouch & Gideon F.Sm. (Asphodelaceae subfam. Asphodeloideae), with grass tuft-like leaves, is described from southern South Africa. The species is illustrated and compared with B. lagopus (Thunb.) N.E.Br.
