Our case confirms the effectiveness of PRP treatment for lichen sclerosus vulvae reported by other case reports. Nevertheless, future randomized controlled studies are needed to evaluate the safety of PRP treatment and to establish effective clinical protocols for its use in lichen sclerosus vulvae.
