Methodologically, a systematicobservation of the CBN-Curitiba Radio,performed by the author during 3 months,was chosen. It was observed that, in theempirical analysis, journalists are located in anoverwhelming organizational reality, insertedin reduced teams and rewarded with loweringwages.
