The third paper analyses the impact of lockdown policy measures on the daily use of mobile phone broadband through a quasi-experimental econometric model with 15 different treatment dummies. The fourth paper examines to what extent the economic effect of lockdowns in different regions and countries interact with each other and the extent to which policy coordination of these interactions influences the overall economic effect.
