There is a need to make changes in eating behavior, which is why this research demonstrates that conducting comprehensive interventions in nutritional education will gen-erate benefits can be generated changes in people, especially as a measure of prevention of comorbidities of met-abolic diseases and sedentary lifestyle, thus managing to avoid future health complications.
