Abstract
Abstract (Lang: English):This article proposes a comparative analysis of the novels Montaña adentro, by Marta Brunet, and O Quinze, by Rachel de Queiroz, with emphasis on the presentation of a difficult nature and eccentric and rural territories, linked to the main female characters.
