This study show that the Tuning Latin America model is a useful technique for evaluating competencies in the management field and is consolidated through the majority of the competences proposed by this model are considered as being significant on the part of survey respondents. Abstract

This paper speciefies the professional competences (generic and specific) required by the colombian labor market for Business Managers.
