Abstract
It is shown that the Fibonacci sequence is optimal for two quadratic programming problems (maximization and minimization) under semi-Fibonacci constraints. The two conditional (primal) problems have their unconditional (dual) problems. The optimal solution is characterized by the Fibonacci number.
