The impact of citizen perceived value on their intention to use e-government service: An empirical study

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to integrate citizen perceived value into an expectation-confirmation model (ECM) to explain their intention to use e-government services. Integrated models were shown through empirical data, after reviewing ECM and citizen perceived values. The findings of this study indicated that ECM integrated with citizen perceived value tends to provide a concerted solution to clarify the factors and its influence on citizens' intention to use e-government services. This study used online survey of 632 e-government experienced participants with the structural equation modelling approach to test the research model.
