Fetomaternal Outcome After Induction of Labor at Term in Patients with Gestational Diabetes

Results: There were 55/79 vaginal deliveries making vaginal delivery rate to be 66.9%. Mean birth weight of neonates was 3.15 + 0.558 kg. Mean APGAR Score at 1 min and 5 minutes were 7.7 + 0.6193 and 8.8 + 0.4793 respectively. Conclusion: Labor induction in patients with gestational diabetes is associated with lower rate of cesarean delivery with a satisfactory fetal outcome. 妊娠期糖尿病患者足月引产后的胎儿结局

目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者足月引产后的胎母结局。方法:本研究于2019年3月至2019年10月在巴基斯坦拉合尔Hameed Latif医院妇产科进行。79名患有妊娠期糖尿病的足月孕妇在知情同意后接受引产纳入研究。通过对不同分娩方式的分类来研究产妇结局。根据APGAR评分和新生儿体重测量胎儿结局。结果:阴道分娩55/79例，分娩率66.9%。新生儿平均出生体重为3.15±0.558 kg。1 min和5 min APGAR评分平均值分别为7.7 + 0.6193和8.8 + 0.4793。结论:妊娠期糖尿病患者引产可降低剖宫产率，胎儿结局满意。关键词:妊娠期糖尿病，引产，产妇结局，胎儿结局Khayam。王晓明，王晓明，王晓明，等。妊娠期糖尿病患者足月引产的临床观察。Esculapio 2021; 17 (01): 49-54
