Abstract

We report a case of arcus senilis affecting the accuracy of intraocular lens (IOL) power calculation using intraoperative aberrometry. There was a large difference in the predicted IOL power (1.50 diopters) between the IOL power calculation using preoperative optical biometry and intraoperative IOL power calculation using intraoperative aberrometry (Optiwave Refractive Analysis).
