Abstract
The current state of mechanisms of state supervision (control) state regulation in modern conditions has been researched. The mechanisms of state supervision (control) state regulation of economic activity in the field of medical practice have been analyzed, by introducing a risk-oriented approach to economic entities, in order to develop practical ways to improve it in the conditions of reform.
