(3) After controlling for gender, age, wearing time and other factors, MVPA, especially MPA, still has a significant influence on various indicators of physical fitness; (4) After MVPA replaces PA of other strengths, physical fitness changes only when MVPA replaces others. The direction consistency and significance are only when the intensity is PA. VPA is closely related to the physical fitness of preschool children. Abstract

To explore the influence of physical activity intensity on physical fitness of preschool children.
