Standardized diagnosis and treatment via a multidisciplinary team should be the standard practice to improve cure rate. Rapid development in imaging, pathology and molecular gene diagnosis has significantly changed the management of prostate cancer. In radiation oncology, image‐guided intensity modulated radiotherapy has been widely adopted in the treatment of prostate cancer. Abstract

In recent years, the incidence of prostate cancer in China has shown a trend of continuous growth. Prostate cancer has become a urinary malignant tumor that seriously affects the health of men in China. Radical surgery and precision radiotherapy are the main methods of radical treatment for prostate cancer. Standardized diagnosis and treatment via a multidisciplinary team should be the standard practice to improve cure rate. Rapid development in imaging, pathology and molecular gene diagnosis has significantly changed the management of prostate cancer. In radiation oncology, image‐guided intensity modulated radiotherapy has been widely adopted in the treatment of prostate cancer. 癌症放射治疗指南(2020年版)
近年来,我国前列腺癌癌症的发病率呈现持续增长的趋势。癌症已成为我国严重影响男性健康的泌尿系恶性肿瘤。根治性手术和精确放疗是癌症根治性治疗的主要方法。通过多学科团队进行标准化诊断和治疗应该是提高治愈率的标准做法。影像学、病理学和分子基因诊断的快速发展已经显著改变了癌症的治疗。在放射肿瘤学中,图像引导强度调制放疗已被广泛用于治疗癌症前列腺。以放射治疗为中心的综合治疗方法取得了良好的疗效,同时不断减少与治疗相关的副作用。
