Abstract
This investigation focuses on what is the motion of censorship that was presented by Pedro Sanchez, leader of the PSOE, between the end of May and early June 2018 in Spain. It is a Political and social milestone in this country, where it is the first time that this motion is accepted and manages to change the President of the Government. The interest of the subject that is dealt with in this analysis is the fact that, when studying the political communication of the last times, a change of the language due to the technological revolution, the development of new channels and means, and the implication of the citizens in this technological development are the key in the so-called Participatory Democracy.
