Accumulating evidence-based data have shown that most medications are safe for nursing mothers. Besides safety concerns, infant's condition and maternal attitude should also be considered when making treatment decisions. Abstract
Pregnant and breastfeeding women are perhaps "the last true therapeutic orphans".
