Uncover the veil of power: The determining effect of subordinates’ instrumental value on leaders’ power-induced behaviors

Conversely, when leaders have high outcome dependence on subordinates, their sense of power is more likely to promote goodwill toward subordinates and consequently foster interactional justice.
