Abstract
We report results from four glaucoma patients on multiple topical medications who refused or failed interventional surgery and opted for in-office medication compounding (n=4). Topical medications with preservatives were compounded into one 10ml-bottle under sterile conditions. Patients used one drop of the compounded solution twice daily. Patients demonstrated significantly reduced IOP and self-reported better compliance after 3 months of use
