The basis of our methodology is the functional modeling system IDEF0, which allows us to form a model according to the goal set in the study. Results. Our research has brought an original result, which consists in the formation of a model for implementing a health care system for the formation of physical education among schoolchildren. Conclusion. Further research will be aimed at analyzing the attitude of physical culture teachers to innovations that are declared in the curriculum based on the principle of variability, as well as the willingness of specialists to work according to modular programs.
