He did not report any chest pain or hemoptysis. His perinatal history, growth, and development were unremarkable. Family history showed hereditary thromboembolism. His sister had sought treatment with similar symptoms 1 week previously. Upper airway samples taken for SARS-CoV-2 showed negative results. The patient received azithromycin for community-acquired pneumonia. Case Presentation
A 7-year-old male patient sought treatment with a 7-day history of high-grade fever, nonproductive cough, and fatigue. He did not report any chest pain or hemoptysis.
