The study was exploratory, and the methodology used was a generic qualitative inquiry. The results indicated that ChatGPT produces grammatically quality, complete, and topically accurate outputs for short answer questions. The findings indicate the pros and cons of utilizing Artificial Intelligence chatbots, such as ChatGPT, in the sports management higher education classroom.
