Abstract
A Pt,H2—AgCl,Ag e.m.f. cell is described whereby accurate measurements may be obtained from additions of stock solutions. Measurements with HCl + H2SO4 mixtures are used to evaluate the dissociation constant of the HSO–4 ion at 25°C.
