And an evaluation method, including process maturity level, items, indexes and procedures, was proposed and verified. The results showed that the average value and level of quantitative evaluation results of quality grading were 81.5 and C, respectively, which was in good accordance with the current status of non-API product management. 基于工作条件的非api OCTG质量等级评价
为满足油气田日益增长的需求,非api标准系列油管件得到了迅速发展,但由于缺乏完善的质量管理体系,非api标准系列油管件事故仍时有发生。本文介绍了国内外非api OCTG质量评价技术的主要类型、使用情况及现状。针对非原料药OCTG在国内应用过程中出现的质量问题,考虑了行业发展需要和质量管理体系不断完善的需要。基于现场工况,采用以能力成熟度模型集成(CMMI)为代表的分级思想,构建了质量分级的定量评价方法。提出了一种包括过程成熟度等级、项目、指标和程序的评价方法,并进行了验证。结果表明,质量分级定量评价结果的平均值为81.5,等级为C,较好地符合非原料药产品管理的现状。评价方法更具定量化和针对性,为非原料药产品质量管理体系的完备性提供方法支持和理论参考。
